Job Description - Business Development Manager
At Bolt.Earth, we want to help emerging markets fulfil the unique needs of EV ecosystems with higher densities of 2- and 3-wheeled EVs. We also aim to address the challenges associated with little or poor-quality infrastructure. To do that, we've created the world's largest EV charging infrastructure and an advanced OS for electric vehicles, tailored for these markets. Bolt.Earth was founded in 2017 by Mohit Yadav and Jyotiranjan Harichandan with the aim of making EVs more accessible to everyone. We're truly making EVs smart, safe, and connected.
Key Responsibilities :
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Generating leads from the addressable markets.
- Understand the EV charging pain points in gated communities and cater to a tailor-made solution for the RWAs.
- Fixing and attending valid meetings in a daily, weekly, and monthly manner to achieve the targets given.
- Assessing the infrastructure requirements to install Bolt.Earth chargers by conducting a detailed site assessment.
- Promote our line of chargers, install, and generate revenue from Real Estate domain.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Hands on experience in Real estate Domain preferred.
- Graduation in Business/commerce or any related filed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
