Bolo - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Location : Kormangala, Bangalore
- Build relationships and understand the creator's needs and develop plans to address them within the assigned TAT
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all related issues quickly and effectively
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Approach potential educators and learners to establish relationships
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address their needs
