Bolo - Manager - Business Development (1-8 yrs)
- Manage the Bolo's on-boarding process of new content creators and to ensure a seamless transition of the day-to-day activity of existing content creators.
- Leading and effectively managing project end-to-end.
- Building strong relationships with content creators through effective interpersonal skills.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholder on an on-going basis in order to build effective relationships.
- Partner closely with executive team to develop business plans and ensure optimized processes are adopted across teams.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all content creators account management matters.
- Cold call prospective leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing content creators.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
