Board Infinity - Learning Advisor - Sales (1-5 yrs)
The candidate is required to:
1. Learn about the program offered by Leadup Universe
2. Connect with Sr. Leaders (potential candidates) and influence to join the program
3. Know concept selling principles & ability to answer objections for a premium high value program
4. Be completely hands-on with competition knowledge - what they are offering, SWOT analysis to continuously sharpen the pitch
5. Proactively reach-out to Leadup ecosystem on inputs from the candidates perspective to better the selling proposition.
6. Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered.
7. Looking after the entire sales lifecycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion.
8. Counselling professionals via call, SMS and emails and updating and maintaining MIS reports. c. Coordinating with the marketing team to fine-tune marketing plans related to enrolments.
Qualification :
- Graduate - Necessary
- Done a selling course - desirable
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in counselling or sales, education industry - preferred

- Good written spoken English and pitching skills
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
