Bo International - Manager - Influencer Marketing (1-8 yrs)
- As an influencer marketing manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand's influencer marketing campaigns. Have to build a team of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get the maximum impact of the influencer campaigns.
1. Ideation and conceptualization of Influencer Marketing plans and build relationships with influencers
2. Increase outreach on social media and with the influencer community
3. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that support the brand objectives
4. Onboarding, Cost negotiation, Briefing & Campaign Execution with influencers/influencer marketing agencies.
5. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.
6. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
7. Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
8. Monitoring influencer marketing activities, tracking & analyzing data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learning and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives
9. Be aware of influencer marketing industry trends and analyze the performance metrics
10. Collaborate with the influencer community and reach out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and building and maintaining a strong relationship
Basic Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer/Digital Marketing/Social Media
- Proven track record in campaign strategies
- Excellent interpersonal Data Analysis and relationship-building skills
- Work experience with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook
