Bo International - Executive - Sales Operations/Customer Service (1-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Interacting with clients over call/chat/email
- Responsible for generating repeat orders from existing clients
- Coordinate with internal departments and process the orders on time
- Make daily weekly and monthly reports
- Regular follow-up with assigned clients for pending payments
- Make client's orders flow reports and maintain the same time-to-time
- Provide solutions to the client regarding their issues/complaints
- Escalate client complaints to the concerned department and management
- Provide the best servicing experience to clients and resolve their concerns within TAT
- Responsible for Day-to-day operation part and ensured updating system/CRM accordingly
- Manage repeat order cycles client-wise
Desired Skills and Experience :
- MS Office knowledge especially Excel
- Good communication Skills
- Should have experience in the operation part
