Blufig - Client Service Role (5-10 yrs)
The ideal candidate should be passionate about client servicing, marketing delivery and relationship building. You will be responsible for managing all marketing delivery for your respective accounts.
Responsibilities :
Client & Delivery Management :
- Understanding requirements form clients and communicating the same to the content, design and development team
- Ensure quality deliverables as per client expectations
- Front ending all client communications for select set of customers
- Own end to end delivery for assigned client accounts
- Weekly and monthly reporting for each of your customer accounts
- Build strong relationship with clients, industry peers and internal stakeholders
- Marketing performance analysis and improvement planning
- Account development
Client Retention :
Must-haves :
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent research skills. Should be able to research about topics, industries and come up with expert articles/ posts
- Should have understanding and experience of Digital Marketing field
- Good design sense
- Should have experience in writing for the IT and Tech Domain
- 5+ years experience preferably in the digital marketing or IT domain
