What will I be doing ?
- Prospect within named ICP accounts via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to schedule conversations for BlueTree's Sales team.
- Create outbound sequencing plans with appropriate messaging that will lead to a conversation.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for emails and outbound calls, as well as achieve targets for meetings set and opportunities created.
- Discover pain points in prospect conversations, with the ability to understand the implications to determine a fit for BlueTree and/or fine-tune successful messaging.
- Work alongside the leadership team to strategize messaging and activity for strategic accounts.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a 'bias for action' mentality to establish an outreach rhythm based on tailored messaging and live engagement (phone calls).
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene on the internal sales systems at all times.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, SalesNav and similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Certificates of achievement for performance with current & previous organizations is a plus.
Preferred Experience/Abilities :
- 2-5 years experience in a similar sales role
- Experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry
- Prior experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Prior experience with the US market is a plus
