Bluetown - Telecalling Role (1-4 yrs)
- Understanding details of process requirement and expectations
- Meeting with Commercial & Technical team to discuss Telecalling strategies.
- Training of Telecalling agents as the telecalling process flow
- Collating details from telecalling agents and prepare MIS.
- Managing the Telecalling team and assisting them
- Monitoring and review the performance of Telecalling agents on regular basis
- Setting weekly and monthly outbound calling targets
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Handling escalated customer complaints
- Addressing customer concerns, grievances and suggestions on time.
- Ensure recording of all successful customer interactions along with call dispositions
- Regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
- Compiling and presenting telecalling reports
- Customer follow up on initial interaction and positive leads
- Ensure timely attendance during office working hours
- Coordinate with Commercial and Marketing teams for customer issues and concerns
- Ensure correctness of data and maintaining all details on a daily basis
Qualification :
- Graduate, Post Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
- Previous experience as a Supervisiong Customer Care, Tele Calling Department
- Computer proficient
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to write and present reports
