Bluetown - Executive - Rural Sales (0-2 yrs)
Job Role:
1. To generate sales for Wi-fi home & SME connections
2. Increase width & depth of distribution and work in a specified area.
3. Also responsible for handlng/escalating customer & retailer's complaints & queries
4. Sale of Recharge Coupons as per target.
5. Identify potential clients and drive the entire sales process.
6. Develop sales strategy & approach
7. Setup and attend sales meetings
8. Develop excellent trust - based relationship with clients
9. Prepare sales reports and collect payments
10. Provide excellent customer service
Personal Attributes & Experience
- This job requires the individual to have persuasion, communication (regional dialect must and English desirable) and negotiation skills; ability to manage time; must have a flair for selling; must be a team player with a positive attitude and must be open to travel.
- Preferable own 2-wheeler (travel cost will be provided)
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a time bound environment
- Ability to proactively and confidently manage set tasks and work independently
- With minimum of 1-year sales experience in banking/telecom with many dealer contacts (Experience in similar field would be and added advantage)
