- Visual merchandising is a crucial retail strategy that maximizes the aesthetics of a product with the intent to increase and maximize sales. A visual merchandiser plays a critical role in the look, feel and culture of a brand. If visual merchandising is done well, it can create awareness whilst simultaneously increasing brand loyalty. The most important function is to draw customers into the shop, which is all dependent on the quality of retail display. Possibly the single and most important reason to engage and inspire your customers is to encourage them to buy more of your products, increasing your sales, margin and return on space.

Job Purpose : As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, your primary goal is to captivate and engage customers with captivating in-store displays. Your role is instrumental in driving foot traffic and increasing sales through impactful visual merchandising.

Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for the overall appearance of storefront windows, sales floors, and displays, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop and share diagrams to guide merchandise placement for optimized visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams.
- Engage with external partners, including Brands, Suppliers, and Vendors.
- Ensure timely installation of window displays in line with display guidelines.
- Conduct staff training on visual merchandising and display guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- Manage in-store communications and look books.
- Regularly update Visual Merchandising guidelines for stores.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising Champions at various stores.
- Visit stores to set up visual displays according to established standards.
- Efficiently manage in-store space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Plan, manage, and execute new store openings following VM guidelines.
- Maintain a database of important dates related to retail and market releases.
- Monitor customer profiles and store sizes to determine appropriate visual presentations for various product categories.-
- Evaluate retail data, identify potential risks, and formulate strategies to boost sales.
