We are looking for sales talent to sell our billing and management software specifically designed for stockists, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers.
Qualifications :
1. At Least graduation, preferably in commerce or engineering.
2. 0-1 year of experience in high paced sales.
3. Exposure to software, distribution, retail, consumer goods industry is good to have.
Skills :
1. Sales skills, of course.
2. Networking, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
3. Persuasion, Sustained Conversations, Negotiation, and Closing skills.
4. Number Oriented and being good at excel.
5. Skill to boil down conversations to fundamentals.
6. A process-oriented person with an eye for detail.
7. Trilingual with proficiency in English, Hindi and one regional language.
8. Well mannered, energetic, confident, assertive and focused personality.
Responsibilities :
Your top responsibility is to sell the software and bring revenue for the company. In order to do that you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound leads. You will have to do qualification calls, inside sales calls, cold calls, live demos, solution advisory, client visits and everything else required to sell. You will have to master the software's value propositions, features and common problems of prospects. You will need to understand prospects' businesses and problems so as to solve those using our software.
