What We're Looking For :
Core Responsibility :
- We are looking for smart and hard working sales folk who wish to make a mark for themselves and are looking to grow at the speed of a high paced startup.
- The analysts would be trained & involved in in high level sales over the phone & in person. An average employee would end up closing INR 50L+ sales per month.
- This is an enterprise/B2B sales, client relationship & account management role.
- Most of this happens in Hindi/English and we would prefer candidates who- re bilingual.
- Liaising with our channel partners on a daily/weekly basis. These partners are based all over India. This takes place over the phone & for a few select customers, in person.
Additional Expectations :
- Not being a wall flower, phone calls, meetings, speak up, be heard, and always be closing.
- Doing what it takes to close sales. Like one of our sales mavens says, there are no - Best Written Books" only Best Selling Ones.
- Contributing to the sales process, sales psychology and training.
- Giving feedback to the product development team.
