Job Description :
The VP - Digital Marketing, Sales & Customer Success will spearhead our firm's efforts in optimizing all revenue-related functions, including sales, marketing, and customer service, specifically tailored for our offerings in corporate and managed services. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the professional services landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in digital strategies across the revenue cycle.
- Design digital-centric service packages catering to niche client needs, especially in areas like tax advisory, legal consultations, and business back office operations.
- Optimize the digital sales funnel, enhancing online lead generation to client onboarding, integrating SEO, SEM, and content strategies.
- Lead the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal online reach, and engagement for targeted segments, leveraging platforms such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Champion automation in digital customer service touchpoints, leveraging chatbots, AI, and automated response systems for timely resolutions to client queries.
- Establish digital KPIs and reporting frameworks, focusing on metrics such as web traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and online customer engagement to gauge success and ROI.
- Monitor sales conversion rates from digital leads, engagement metrics from online campaigns, and digital customer satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvements.
- Direct the evaluation and implementation of digital marketing tools, from CRM integrations, marketing automation tools, to digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Ensure that technology stacks are optimized for digital marketing efforts, capturing online behaviors, and preferences of the professional services clientele.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as IT, ensuring websites, landing pages, and other digital assets are functioning smoothly and align with revenue goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends in service-specific domains (e.g., legal, finance, compliance) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Partner with finance and digital sales teams to develop forecasts based on online leads and projected digital sales.
- Allocate digital marketing resources effectively, aligning with SEO, SEM, content, and other online strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Mentor and develop the digital teams under the revenue operations umbrella, ensuring up-to-date skills in SEO, PPC, content strategy, and other digital marketing domains.
- Organize training sessions emphasizing digital channels' potential in marketing various corporate services offered by the firm.
- Actively seek feedback on digital strategies and campaigns from both clients and internal teams to continuously refine and adapt.
- Stay abreast of broader digital marketing developments and innovations, integrating them into the firm's revenue operations strategy as suitable.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in marketing and sales for professional services or consulting industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field; advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CS, LLB, are a plus.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, preferably within the professional or corporate services domain.
- Deep understanding of the professional services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrable expertise in data analytics, forecasting, and technology management.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
