Job Description :

In the role of VP of Business Development, you'll be a lynchpin in sculpting our growth narrative. Your core focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities and fostering strategic channel and partnership development to augment our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and oversee the strategic growth plan for Bluebox, identifying new markets, segments, and opportunities.

- Spearhead business development initiatives, driving the acquisition of new clients and projects.

Build, nurture, and manage strategic channel and partnership alliances to extend our market reach and capabilities.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with the company's broader vision and objectives.

- Mentor and lead a dedicated business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and tactics.

- Represent Bluebox in industry forums, conferences, and events, bolstering our brand presence and network.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a recognized institution, with a focus on Business Development, Strategy, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business development, with a demonstrable track record in the professional services industry.

- Experience in channel and partnership development.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for inspiring and driving teams towards achieving set targets.
