Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead all aspects of digital media and marketing and help us develop and execute an online marketing strategy to achieve goals based on the brand's business objectives across our B2C, B2B and retail store channels. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with analytics and tracking ROI. They must be able to develop a strategy, allocate budgets and execute campaigns that drive traffic to our online channels to boost sales and build brand awareness. We are looking for someone with a successful track record in digital campaign development, who is willing to dive in and take charge of the brand's online presence.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including the web site, search engine optimization, digital advertising, social marketing, and email marketing.
- Building a digital strategy for the brand, deploying digital solutions across paid, owned and earned channels covering our B2C e-commerce business, B2B wholesale business, modern trade and own cafe channels.
- Planning, executing and managing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, SMM, email, Push & SMS campaigns, etc.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against defined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights to optimize spends and performance and planning content needs for digital platforms.
- Maintaining effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging across all digital marketing platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams and as well as external agencies and partners to execute online campaigns.
- Continuously making and improving various MIS related to consumer segments and usage patterns to support management decisions.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :
- Experience running small and large scale online marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with industry software programmes
- Experience with digital strategy, budget allocation, and digital media planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners and agencies.
- Skilled at analyzing data, creating performance reports, and drawing insights from the findings to help shape the strategy.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates.
Education and Qualification :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A Bachelor/ Masters degree in Marketing.
