Job Description
We- re looking for a bright and enthusiastic spark - someone willing to dive in and take the lead on marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate is sociable with excellent interpersonal skills and is able to initiate, moderate and maintain online and offline conversations with our community. From brand partnerships to community-oriented communication, we are looking for someone who can be the face of our brand.
This role involves taking ownership of the brand identity in each city and working closely with the cafe and operations teams to understand, analyze and improve our consumer's daily experience while paving the path for new initiatives.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Marketing and strategy:
- Ideating, leading and executing marketing plans for new and existing caf's in your geography including neighborhood outreach, online and offline communication.
- Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives for cafes across the city, new cafe launches, and third-party events, etc.
Partnerships and events:
- Networking and developing new relationships with potential partners, vendors, and associates to pursue innovative collaborations and further brand awareness in the city.
- Building and managing the calendar of cafe events, third party festivals and seeding opportunities at consulates, corporates, neighborhood communities, etc.
- Leading sustainability efforts across city-wide cafe operations
Community Engagement:
- Creating content (photography + copy) for the brand's social media channels and managing community relations, both online and offline.
- Planning community-led engagement initiatives in their respective cities and serving as the brand ambassador by regularly engaging -with customers to gather feedback, building rapport and enriching customer experience.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good eye for photography.
- Experience in campaign planning and event management
- A good understanding of operations
- Strong organizational abilities
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative
- Good at networking and developing new relationships with partners, vendors, and customers on behalf of the brand
Education and Qualification :
-3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- F&B or FMCG experience preferred
