Blue Tokai Coffee - Executive - Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Handling customers who visit our site and application through call/chats/emails and help customers if they face any issue related to any process like ordering Coffee, clarity over menu etc.
2. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
3. Maintaining data and generation of reports.
4. Collect review/feedback on the application from the customers.
5. Updation of latest offers from the Company.
6. Other related day to day activities like maintaining our Facebook and Instagram page. handling vendors etc.
Candidates Skill set:
1 year of experience in the same domain.
Candidates from the Food and Beverage background will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving approach.
Target oriented.
Zeal to work in a fast paced environment.
