Job description
The Executive - Brand & Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company's brand, products, and services. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
The primary responsibilities of the Executive - Brand & Marketing include:
1. Brand Strategy : Developing and implementing brand strategies that drive awareness, affinity, and loyalty among target audiences. This includes defining brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Marketing Campaigns : Developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This includes defining campaign objectives, messaging, channels, and KPIs, and tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
3. Market Research : Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior, and using insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. This includes analyzing industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
4. Content Marketing : Developing and implementing content marketing strategies that create engagement, build trust, and establish the company as a thought leader. This includes developing content calendars, creating and distributing content across multiple channels, and measuring content performance.
5. Digital Marketing : Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. This includes managing website content, optimizing SEO and SEM, developing and executing social media strategies, and managing email marketing campaigns.
6. Partnership Marketing: Developing and managing partnerships with other brands, organizations, and influencers to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This includes identifying and negotiating partnership opportunities, managing relationships, and tracking and reporting on partnership performance.
The Executive - Brand & Marketing must have excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques. They should have experience in managing marketing campaigns across various channels and have a track record of delivering results. They should also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of relevant experience in a marketing or brand management role.
