Job Description :
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and functionality of our products/services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and objectives. Collaborate with them to develop strategies for achieving their desired outcomes using our offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services that align with the customer's needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
