Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Minimum 1 Year of Cold Calling Experience in the International Market (Lead Generation)
2 )Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal + Written)
3) Identifying potential prospects and approaching them for lead generation to different territories
4) Initiating and developing the relationships with key decision makers for business development
5) Understanding clients' needs and qualifying opportunities in line with business focus
6) Generate leads to develop business from different sources
7) Follow-up monthly calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business
8) Supporting marketing activities through mailing, cold calling, and having face to face meetings
9) Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects
10) To be actively involved in pricing and negotiations Closing the deals and drafting RFP's
11) Ensuring all sales targets are met
12) Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
13) Zeal for multitasking.
14) Comprehensive towards Facts and Figure
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development activities.
- Qualification required is Graduate/Postgraduate
- Excellent sales, new business development, account management and relationship building skills
- Ability to clinch large deals and chase a revenue target
- Good email writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and self-motivated.
