Blue Chik Software Solutions - Senior Sales Role (2-8 yrs)
Location: Chennai
Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 1-2 Years in I.T.Sales
Candidate Preference: Male
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for sales targets in assigned territory in IndiaWest.
2. Carry out sales region needs analysis & develop resultant strategy & business plans
3. Build & manage relationships with Clients & Partners
4. Build and manage healthy sales funnel & own customer database for territory assigned for lead generation & digital marketing activities
5. Understand & communicate product value proposition to CXO level client executives.
6. Support team in preparing product proposals, respond to RFP's & manage price negotiations with clients.
7. Work with various internal stakeholders to meet sales targets.
Mandatory Skills& Experience:
1. Go getter attitude with target achievement orientation & proven sales track record
2. Experience in IT product selling. For fresher's, should be from IT back ground.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Thrives in dealing with CXO's and in closingdeals
5. Fluent in using modern social/digital media.
6. Smart & excellent communication skill.
Desirable Skills& Experience :
1. Experience in selling to Banking/Payments/Self-Service/ATM domain.
2. Exposure & relationships in banking market in Wes India region.
3. Fresher should be from IT/Software back ground.
