BLS International - Country Manager - Business Development (8-15 yrs)

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.


- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's business operations in the country.

- Responsible for the acquisition of new client business and revenue-generating projects globally and related projects.

- Represent the organization at Bid meetings, conferences, events, etc.

- Interact with clients/companies and business owners to get new accounts.

- Securing new business/tenders and proactive support in bid writing.

- Leading market research efforts to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and other influential individuals.

- Managing a team of business development professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and goals.

- Analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

Qualifications

- 12 to 15 years of experience in BD

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
