We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager for Central Region
Industry Type : Consumer Durables(Kitchen Appliances)
Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Min. 10-15 years.
Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Salary : 10-12 Lakhs CTC + Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to individual stores, area managers and over all team for a region.
- Determine long and short term goals.
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
- Mentor area managers and sales executives.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Plan and execute training among staff members and management.
- Oversee sales and special promotions.
- Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention.
- Influence and learn from below.
- Stay up-to-date with latest production management, best practices and concepts.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in consumer durables.
- 8+ years in managerial role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership quality.
