Blowhorn - Manager - Non Enterprise Sales (5-8 yrs)
Blowhorn is looking for a high-performing Non Enterprise Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management. We operate in a - get s- t done- environment where the goal is always to execute and implement. While doing all of this, you will not forget to have fun! An ideal candidate will have 5-8 years experience in SME sales managing a team of 3-5 sales associates with good team management and people management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Non Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales activities of office and implementing these together with sales team across all categories of vehicles
- He/She will continue to achieve district sales budget in terms of no of vehicles, deep selling profitability and revenue growth
- The individual will create local sales strategies and agree these with the sales departments of your offices and the Regional Sales Manager
- Responsible to analyze customer potential and competitors, determine growth strategies and define customer target groups
- Should ensure that the team has timely collection and follow up on outstanding payments as well
- Responsible to present our products and services to existing and potential customers
- The individual will manage, advice and support local sales team
- Should have a professional approach to dealing with customers and colleagues
- Should be competent in customer relationship management and selling skills
Requisites :
- Minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SME sales
- Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work skills. Should have experience managing a small team in previous roles
- Proven track record of developing new customer accounts with little brand equity requiring heavy prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing ability
- Excellent Customer Retention skills
- Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100% or above
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services
- Technical aptitude (MS Office & CRM applications)-
