The Inside Sales Associate- ISA is a sales profile and aligned to the Sales Department.
This position will work out of the HO based at Bangalore and work for the designated region where he/ she is aligned to work along with his/her Sales Managers
Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate will be mainly responsible for initiating outbound calls/ emails daily for the purpose of:
- Lead all customer, market and business data gathering, management, and analysis activities for the Franchise business
- Lead Generation, development & Prospect Management to ensure quick conversions and new signings.
- Identify, qualify and escalate issues identified by the customer to the respective department/ executive for resolution and arrive at solutions to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the respective sales and operations teams to understand concerns and assist sales managers in aligning the customer issues by fixing appointments/meetings in accordance to the requirement.
- Sales development calls to existing customers: upsell / cross sell.
- Maintain customer data accurately and safely and act as the custodian of the Client CRM for the entire franchise business
- Prepare reports as required by the Senior Management
