- You are a self-starter and a great planner and executor. Do you enjoy solving complex problems and creating solutions? Do you thrive on hustling and in making the - next big thing- happen? Looks like, this may be the opportunity for you. You will be working end-to-end cross-functional responsibility. You will work directly with the regional teams of Blowhorn in the execution of growth strategies region wise. You will also act as an interface between the Operations and Finance teams to drive growth as per long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the region by providing mid-mile, last-mile, and fulfillment solutions.
- Incubate and scale early-stage customers for maximizing revenue potential.
- Execute action plans for self.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination for customers and create a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the - voice of the customer with operations, product management, and customer success teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Timely collection and follow-up on critical outstanding payments.
- Maximize the utility of CRM tools for data analysis and deep selling
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Post-Graduation is preferable.
- 2-4 years of business development and other relevant experience.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills, and outstanding at closing deals.
- Outstanding analytical faculties and an affinity for numbers.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to build working-level relationships with senior management
