- In this context, Blowhorn is looking for a high-performing Growth professional to scale the business through new customer acquisition across India.
- This is end-to-end cross and a functional responsibility.
- You will work directly with the regional teams of Blowhorn in executing growth strategies region.
- You will also act as an interface between the Operations and Finance teams to drive growth as per long term objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the region by providing mid-mile, last-mile and fulfilment solutions.
- Incubate and scale early stage customers for maximizing revenue potential.
- Execute action plans for self.
- Ensure cross functional co-ordination for smooth onboarding of customer and creation of seamless customer experience.
- Act as the 'voice of customer' with operations, product management and customer success teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Timely collection and follow up on critical outstanding payments.
- Maximize the utility of CRM tools for data analysis and deep selling.

Basic qualifications:
- Minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Post Graduation is preferable.
- 3-5 years of business development and other relevant experience.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills and outstanding on closing deals.
- Outstanding analytical faculties and an affinity for numbers.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to build working level relationships with senior management
