Blowhorn - Associate - New Business Acquisition (0-2 yrs)
- Ensure that Blowhorn maintains and expands its outstanding position in the market.
- Responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts in the assigned territory

Job Responsibilities :
- The Associate will be responsible for the sales activities of the City.
- He/She will continue to achieve City sales budget both in terms of revenue growth and margin targets
- The individual will create local sales strategies and align these with the Sales departments of your offices and the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers business issues and needs.
- Timely collection and follow up on outstanding payments is critical
- Ensure that CRM tools are used effectively and updated on a regular basis.
- Role is an out an out Farming role
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
Requisites:
- Minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- 0-2 years experience. Should ideally be an active salesperson or have an affinity for selling
- Should be confident working on ambitious monthly sales revenue targets
- Experience in logistics is not mandatory but a bonus
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication and closure skills;
- Outstanding analytical faculties and numeracy;
- Ability to deal with conflict and solve problems as they arise
- Willingness to travel within assigned city
