Blowhorn - Account Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)
- Key Account Manager (KAM)
- The Key Client Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company. These accounts make up (or in the future will make up) the highest percentage of company income, and the KCM must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients.
Principle Accountabilities :
- Will handle a set of large clients and be responsible for sales & collections from these accounts. Achieve Sales and revenue growth targets.
- Will be the lead point of contact for the named accounts. Should anticipate the client's needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines for clients are met and help the client succeed.
- Constantly study the customer profile, his monthly & annual business, his business plan of expansion /closure, which help you and Management to take appropriate decisions
- Increase confidence of clients in the company's services and resolve operational queries of the customer.
- Increase share of wallet with existing large clients. Use relationships with customers to gain other stream of logistics business from the customer or business at other locations.
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts including finance people for immediate and smooth payment. Will be responsible for timely collections from the accounts she handles.
- Feedback from clients on our service standards and areas of improvement. Constantly benchmark our services with competition.

What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in any subject. MBA degree preferred.
- 6-7 years- previous work experience in B2B sales/key account management handling Large Clients.
- Prior experience in Logistics companies is a good to have but not a key requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Good computer skills. Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for building a business.
