Bloom Hotel Group - Manager - Corporate Sales (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Actively prospect and acquire new corporate accounts through daily meetings, calls, and outreach efforts.
- Identify and target high-potential corporate clients, industries, and market segments within the hospitality sector.
- Build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture existing corporate accounts through strategic account management and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Meeting & Activity Tracking:
- Schedule and conduct a minimum of [X] client meetings per day to drive new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all meetings, calls, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on meeting outcomes, pipeline progress, and sales performance.
Performance Metrics:

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
- Strong skills in prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
