Bloom Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Hyderabad location. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive sales, acquire and manage accounts, and nurture lasting client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the growth and success of Bloom Hotel Group.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Acquire new accounts and nurture existing ones through strategic account management.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape within the hospitality industry.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.

- Strong skills in sales strategy development, team management, and client relationship building.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
