Roles & Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be reporting to a delivery Head of company. He/She will be required to do Sales Revenue, Lead generation, sales cycle productivity improvement, preparing business development, Strategy etc.
- The individual will also work with the leadership team of 3SC in Knowledge development, Capability Building and Business Development
Key Responsibilities :
- Create sales leads and opportunities as per target defined
- Define market and customize the product and services offerings
- Support Go/NoGo process by qualifying potential opportunities
- Create sales cycles and opportunities in pipeline as per conversion ratio / run rate
- Identify customer requirements and develop customer solutions
- Work on value assessments and Proof of Concept to explore the business potential of a client and to elaborate the business model
- Analyze and work on the requirements of customer to create opportunities
- Understand the Complete and integrated business cases
- Drive customer sales cycle signing LOI/contract
- Create Business Case calculations in various stages of the sales cycle
- Keep close alignment with Solutions Development and Segment managers of 3SC
- Negotiate price and terms and conditions as per defined guideline of company
Education Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- MBA preferably from Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations
Experience :
- 2+ years of experience in Software Sales, Solution sales.
- Must have experience in inside sales, Pre sales for supply chain software
- Logistics and supply chain management background
- Contract Logistics selling value will be preferred
- Results oriented and Customer focused
