Job Summary:

The Head of Corporate Sales (B2B Sales) is responsible for leading the B2B sales team to achieve company sales goals. This position involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Management :

- Lead, motivate, and develop the corporate sales team.

- Set clear performance objectives and monitor progress.

- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Understand and develop plans for bringing premium offerings to corporate clients, including utilizing our offline presence.

- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies and new product development with business objectives.

3. Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

4. Performance Management :

- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

- Implement sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Customer Relationship Management :

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.

- Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

- Develop long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and retention.

6. Budgeting and Forecasting :

- Develop and manage the sales budget.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and financial reports.

- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

- 7-10 years with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in a senior B2B sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
