BlinkWorx - Manager - Digital Content & Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Scope of Position :
Digital Content & Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating the brand content and executing the digital marketing strategies at corporate level. This position involves communicating brand image through digital marketing events & various social media channels. You need to be a person who is energetic in building a connection with targeted audiences through digital content and digital platforms. Also, you should be passionate about creativity and web technology. You will report directly to the Director in India and Head of Business Development based in Singapore.

Skillset Required:
- Extensive Experience in Adobe Photoshop.
- Extensive Experience in Adobe Illustrator / Coral Draw.
- Experience of building mockups in Figma.
- Experience in creating graphics and content for web portals and social media posts.
- Experience of building Social Media campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of designs for mobile and websites.
- Experience in driving business revenue growth via digital marketing.
- Good to have knowledge and experience of SEO.
- Excellent writing skills for B2B content perspectives ideally in web, software industry.
- Knowledge of MS office tools (work, excel, ppt)
- Strong initiative and motivation, diligence, and attentive to details.
Essential Job Duties
- Creation of awesome digital content for brands as per project needs.
- Design analysis from UI/UX perspective and come up with creative ideas.
- Conceptualize, develop and write meaning key messages and content as per brand needs.
- Should be able to generate marketing post for social platforms.
- Write regular reports, newsletters and/or featured news for clients; as well as the communications on company products and services internally and externally.
- Promote brand awareness of company products and services across digital marketing channels.
- Manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns including the ideation, creation and production of collaterals (online and/or offline)
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance.
- Assist in researching and reaching out via digital communications to the targeted prospects.
- Analyze the digital trend in the market place and the marketing mix used by competitors, to provide subject matter expertise on product/services positioning and/or ideas for services improvements based on the research results.
- Work closely with various teams at local, regional and global levels to understand client needs and client satisfaction levels.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 3+ years of prior content creation, designing, digital marketing experience.
- Preferably someone worked in a digital or web design company is preferred.
