Education : Masters In Business Administration
Function Segment : Sales With End To End Project And Team Management.
Skills : Corporate Strategy, B2B Sales experience and client base, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Excellent communication skills, Cloud based tools like Salesforce & Hubspot, Interest in Sustainability and Livelihoods.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, excellent English communication is Mandatory.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Business Development demonstrated success in corporate gifting, B2B sales is required.
- Ownership of Online & Offline channels
- Vendor Management, Fulfilment & Shipments
- Building and leading a Small Team
- You must be a proven, ethical, self-starter with a motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
- You should be a skilled cold caller with an ability to manage heavy calling.
- An existing network is mandatory.
- Your target market shall be corporates of all types, ranging from hotels, to IT to FMCG.
- You will be responsible for the sale of our products made by verified non-profits (NGO) and social enterprises.
- You shall be doing prospecting as each assignment from a client is unique and you need to think differently.
- You will be dealing with top-level executives in small, medium and large-sized firms. You would be required to project self-confidence to liaise with the procurement, HR and administrative departments at client's end.
- You are expected to take new initiatives and strategize new revenue streams.
Note : 3 months probationary period. Pay will be a combination of fixed salary + commission.
