Blanc Turtles - Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-2 yrs)
Looking for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
Working area - Marketing and advertising
Responsibilities :
1. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
2. Communicating with our sales team for closing.
3. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and make them understand about the services of the company.
4. Shall be responsible to handle the leads and inform the customers to purchase companies' services.
5. Go to the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
6. Generate atleast 5 to 15 sales leads per day via cold calling.
7. Set meetings with prospective clients based on our associates- schedules.
8. Give response to every lead within the TAT.
9. Following up with customers and meeting sales targets.
Telecaller Requirements :
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
3. Should know the basics of MS Office.
4. Excellent verbal communication.
