Blackopal - Manager - Digital Marketing - PPC Vertical (4-10 yrs)
Position Summary :
As a part of the team, you will take care of all aspects of Marketing for the company including PPC, lead generation, Digital, social media, ATL, and BTL. Achieve the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including lead generation, oversee budgets, short and long-term marketing projects, interface with PR agencies, and ad agencies and coordination with other key Business managers within the Blackopal team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generating In-house digital leads from various online marketing platforms
- Co-ordination with digital marketing agencies and ensuring consistent lead flow from various platforms to the Sales Team
- Helping and promoting our in-house application in the market.
- Set up the marketing portfolio of the company and work with the management and the creative team for brand development and management.
- Work closely with team on various marketing campaigns, development, briefing and post campaign evaluation.
- Responsible for development of the brand and establish its identity for the real estate division along with overall project communication strategy
- Ensuring that marketing spends are in co-relation with Sales Achieved and within the approved budgets by the developers/black opal management team
- Prepare and propose the annual marketing plan that includes the activities to be undertaken during the year and spend on various activities.
- Improvise the company websites and social media platform and develop strategies to promote the company's project on the platform.
