Blacklight Games - Executive - Customer Happiness (0-1 yrs)
BlackLight is looking for a Customer Happiness Executive who has a problem solving attitude, loves playing games, and who can view things from users perspective. Should be able to relish the opportunity to work on a small, efficient team that includes folks from product and engineering.
Requirements :
- Very good communication skills- written as well as verbal. Preferably English & Hindi both.
- Should be interested in B2C Products
- Should be able to empathise with users.
- Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.
- Must enjoy playing games
- Good computer skills are must
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understanding, solving and replying to the player's queries on email, Play Store reviews, or any other medium.
- Should become the voice of customer to the Product team
- Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about new features released.
- Communicating player's issues with the Product and Tech team regularly and clearly to get them resolved.
