BlackBuck - Territory Sales Lead (3-5 yrs)
Purpose : Experience in managing large filed sales team and high growth trajectories for business.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving the sales across categories for all the categories in Services business for the region
- Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery
- Responsible for achievement of the product wise financial metrics for the specific region
- Executing seamlessly the key initiatives focused on category penetration in existing customers & retention
- Driving the margins from the onboarded customers and improving the profitability
Key Skills :
Sales Acumen : Relevant market knowledge and ability to drive revenue numbers through various sales channels
Relationship Management : Ability to drive numbers through retail outlets,customers, Channel partners and internal team
Customer orientation : Ability share insights with the internal sales team and work closely to solve customer pain points
Team Management : Ability to manage and build high performing team
Product Orientation : Ability to share insights on product and process gaps and drive adoption of digital product platforms
Must have 3-5 years of experience of sales team Leading
