BlackBuck - Senior Associate - Telesales (1-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Onboard the customers on App based platforms.
Telesales Experience mandatory
Functional Competencies (Mandatory) Excellent communication skills.(Hindi and English)
