Business Development Manager :
- Logistic industry experience is mandatory. B2B
- Corporate sales experience is mandatory
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Lead business development efforts for a particular industry segment/ Region/ Account
- Lead the complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion at the client
- Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets while contributing towards team's overall deliverables through:
- Effectively generating new business identify prospects and convert in line with Blackbuck's capabilities
- Strategically formulating account plan provide clients' needs-based solutions, structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit
- Working with Product & Engineering team to develop the products which can fulfill the client needs
- Work with Pricing/ Operations/ Finance team to ensure service delivery to customers
- Proactively building trusted client relationships maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers
- Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/ services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement and internal stakeholder management and other business conduct
- Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions
- Abide by appropriate frameworks to guarantee that business is carried out within the company's risk appetite and relevant risks are appropriately managed in conjunction with line managers and other stakeholders
