JD Associate Manager Telesales - Blackbuck :
Build and lead a highly engaged team to upsell and cross sell category sales through Telesales Channel
Revenue growth - Drive team to achieve revenues targets through outbound calling
Team Management
1. Enable team to meet & exceed targets
2. Identify and drive critical to Performance and critical To Quality parameters
3. Identify performance gaps and work jointly with Quality & Training to improve performance
4. Hire right candidates, develop, motivate, retain and Coach the team through reviews, measure Call quality, improvising sales pitch, identify service gaps and share feedback to improve product
Process improvement
Identify gaps/ possible improvements in processes & recommend solutions to address the same
MIS & Reporting :
- Develop dashboards for reporting and monitoring
- % Revenue target achievement or as defined on processes aligned to the team
Productivity - Talk time, Dials per agent, Completed calls per agent
% Attrition :
1.Selling Skills- Ability to drive team, skill team to build rapport with customers on calls, pitch products and pass on feedback/ insights
2. Stakeholder Management- Ability to co-ordinate with business teams to ensure better conversion & team scaling
3. Data Management- Ability to develop reporting on sales achievement and performance dashboards
4. Team Management - Ability to motivate, enagage and drive the team towards target achievement, Previous experience of Managing team

5. Communication - Clear written and spoken communication in Hindi & English

7. Reporting - Experience to create dialer and performance reports from CRM tools
