Blackbuck - Area Sales Manager (7-14 yrs)
Key Job Purpose: Responsible for demand acquisition from all the channels in a specific zone
Key Tasks/Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving the business development for commerce/Services products in the specific region
- Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery
- Responsible for achievement of the product wise financial metrics for the specific region
- Executing seamlessly the key initiatives focused on improving revenue penetration in existing customers & retention
- Driving the margins from the onboarded customers and improving the profitability
- Managing team of 50+ people- Train them and guide them.
- Selling Services Line product portfolio to FO
- Conduct regular outreach through calls / in - person meetings with team
- Achieve monthly targets
- Build effective teams and manage productivity of team members to deliver the results
