BlackBuck was founded in 2015 by Rajesh Yabaji (IIT Kharagpur alumnus, previously worked with ITC), Ramasubramaniam B (previously MD- Meibach Consulting, APAC ) and Chanakya Hridaya (an IIT Kharagpur alumnus, previously worked with ITC), with an idea to build an online marketplace platform for freight.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Experience Level: 4 to 7 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- To acquire, develop & manage regional customer relationships on both Demand & Supply interfaces.

- To maximize the revenue of the organization by building an optimal supply universe in line with the demand specifications of the region.

- To ensure profitability in his region by ensuring the right Supply Partners are active within the network.

- Ensure superior customer experience on both Supply & Demand sides with tangible impact on revenue of his region.

- Identify growth opportunities for Blackbuck in the assigned region and share the leads with respective teams.
