Blackboard Edutech - Account Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
About the Role :
As an Account Manager, you are akin to a spokesperson for a brand's digital presence. You develop a deep understanding of the client's business, brand's audience and help the audience discover the brand to enhance their everyday life. You are a digital native with an intuition for crafting the right digital strategy.
- You should be able to create presentations for clients, prepare reports, hold client meetings and conduct the necessary research.
- You should be able to carry out relevant research on the ongoing trends. Should be able to analyse the practices implemented by the competitors in order to apply best practices to the respective client portfolio. Not only that, being innovative & ahead should drive you.
- You should be able to understand and focus on the objectives mentioned by the respective clients and their comprehensive online marketing requirements including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing & more.
- You should serve as a liaison within the organisation in order to initiate campaign strategies & development.
- You should be able to conduct research for the client portfolio by recognizing growth possibilities and opportunities.
- You should stay abreast with the emerging online trends and the best practices within the industry.
- You will be the one point of contact for the client.
