Prerequisites :
- Passionate about cult TV shows and blockbuster movies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
- 3-4yrs work ex in biz dev, brand partnerships, collabs etc, with a strong network of clients
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Dive deep into consumer profiles, identify market gaps, and expand our brand presence.
- Forge new partnerships and contracts with licensees, developing both core and ancillary categories.
- Monitor and analyze licensees' forecasting and royalty reports to track performance.
- Seamlessly manage day-to-day communication and business processes with key accounts.
- Ensure thorough understanding and compliance with contract terms, brand standards, and licensor requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies consistent with brand plans and market needs.
- Renew and manage contracts in line with business directions and category objectives.
- Assist in servicing key licensors and maintain comprehensive licensor update reports.
