The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.


- They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities :


- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

- Handle end to end sales conversion across the different geographies.

- Open to chase India and International clients.

- Should effectively manage internal co- ordination with the web marketing team to assist them for various marketing campaigns.

- Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for consulting services.

- Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up- selling, cross- selling and should nurture the old accounts.

- Should be able to set up meetings and be aware of the sales and software cycle and how we position our services to clients

- Shall help in developing proposals/ business cases/ presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status

- Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.

- Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work collaboratively with the design team on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintain the

- CRM for pipeline aggressively.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Thorough Lead Generation experience is a must.

- 5+ years' of sales or account management experience.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self Driven and motivated to bring business.

- Above average presentation skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Focused and goal-oriented.
