B.L. Agro - Sales Officer (5-8 yrs)
- What you'll do :
We are looking to hire Sales Officer for market and outlet penetration and range selling in West Delhi, South Delhi and Central Delhi. ( Count of positions:3)
- Roles and Responsibilities :
- To set-up distribution channel in your territory.
- To develop sales in your territory
- Proper Merchandising Identify & solve the problems in the market.
- Appointing and Checking Coverage vs. Beat Plan and PJP working by the Sales Representatives.
- Increase in Productive Outlets per beat
- Independently handling and Building relationship with Key Outlets Wholesalers.
- Proper Induction of the New Joiners
- Supervision of employees
- Distributors Stock inventory management
- Getting involvement of the distributors
- Setting service standards and implementation of standards
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Around 28 to 36 years of age
- Minimum 5 years experience with Food FMCG Companies having exposure of handling multiple SKUs.
- Must be able to appoint Distributors in assigned territory.
- Thorough knowledge about the market under consideration
- Fluent in local language
- Sound Arithmetic Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent rapport with trade
- Energetic and enthusiastic
