BJS Home Delivery - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
- Business Development Planning : Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives. Identify potential market segments, industries, and regions for BPO services.
- Client Acquisition : Actively prospect and identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts. Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business requirements and challenges to position the BPO services effectively. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Solution Proposal and Negotiation : Collaborate with the operations and solution design teams to develop customized outsourcing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Negotiate terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the BPO sector. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify unique selling propositions and differentiate the company's offerings in the market.
- Revenue Generation : Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Continuously explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding, contract execution, and service delivery. Coordinate with the delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts. Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.
- Industry Networking : Build a strong professional network within the BPO industry, attend conferences, seminars, and trade shows to promote the company's brand and services. Seek opportunities to participate in industry forums, panels, and speaking engagements to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
- Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from clients on their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and work with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.
International Sales experience is a must preferable in the US market.
